As ExeTrust’s firm commitment to protect personal information, its management has established an appropriate framework and guidelines to emphasize all of its employees the importance of protecting personal information.
Management & Safety Measures
In order to keep the personal information database accurate and up-to-date, and to protect it from unauthorized access and mishandlings (including, but not limited to, loss, destruction, falsification, and leak), ExeTrust establishes an appropriate management structure, maintains an up-to-date security system, and provides through training programs to its employees.
Collection & Purpose of Use
Upon inquiries, ExeTrust may request personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and et cetera. These personal information will only be used for business communications, and they will not be used for any other purposes.
Disclosure to Third Parties
ExeTrust will not disclose its personal information database to third party members except in the following three cases:
・When a prior disclosure consent is made.
・When ExeTrust needs to outsource tasks to third party members in order to fulfill clients’ satisfaction.
・When it is necessary to disclose by the relevant laws and/or regulations.
